I had a blast hiking and biking in the beautiful mountains. Skiing and snowboarding were thrilling too. The hotel's architecture and cozy reading area were charming. The massages and sauna were a nice touch. But who needs free WiFi or ski storage anyway?

It was situated in a quiet area, yet still very near the city center, which made it easy to explore. the room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. the breakfast was simple but tasty, and the shuttle bus to the mountain made our ski trip hassle-free.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the main streets, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Regarding breakfast offerings, it would have been better if there were more options available.

Het ontbijt is erg goed en de kamers zijn zeer schoon en comfortabel. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie aan het strand is perfect voor ontspanning na een drukke dag. Het hotel is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de metro.

Fantastic family feel and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were very clean with great views. The shuttle made transport worry-free, and there is a good selection for breakfast and an evening meal. The location allowed for easy access to the local town with its traditional feel, and nearby restaurants serve amazing traditional food at affordable prices.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bulgaria and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was incredible. I couldn't believe how affordable it was compared to other hotels in the area. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the friendly and helpful staff to the clean and spacious rooms with baths, everything was taken care of. Lastly, the location in the old town was perfect. It was just a short walk away from lovely restaurants, bars, and shops.

The location in the old town was perfect, with charming huts, houses, and mehanas nearby. The hotel also provided a shuttle bus to the gondola station, which was very convenient.

The breakfast was good, with a decent selection of food. The shuttle service was convenient and got us to our activities on time. The room was cozy and the balcony offered great views of the surrounding mountains.

The walls were really thin and we could hear our neighbors talking and their dog barking all night long. The air conditioning unit in our room was not working properly, making it hard to sleep. We were also disappointed that there was no food available at the hotel during the off-season. our romantic getaway was hampered by these negative aspects.
